Who We Are

Vincent E. Alexander, II and Monica Alexander – have been married for 13 years. They have two sons, Jalen and Collin. They value family and recognize God as the center. Vincent’s professional experience has been in the legal field and is currently in the HR field. Monica’s professional experience is in the IT field. In 2003 Monica also completed Ministers in Training program through University Park Baptist Church in Charlotte, NC and is recognized as a licensed minister. Vincent and Monica have a heart for Couple’s Ministry and believe that God has positioned them to become more involved in this work. For the past several years, they have been charged to sit on the planning committee and co-facilitate their church’s annual Marriage Retreat at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church in Charlotte, NC. They have also had the pleasure to facilitate Couple’s Seminars for Mt. Sinai Baptist Church in Mt. Holly, NC. Since 2015, Vince and Monica have developed curriculum, planned and presented their own couples retreat at Old Edwards Inn located in Highlands, NC.
